Time to register for your In-School Field Trip.

Complete the two steps below to sign up for your school’s Field Trip. Everyone must complete Step 1. and fill out a waiver. If your school has a registration fee you must complete Step 2 and register.

I hereby certify that I am the adult parent or guardian of the participant listed above, a minor child under the age of eighteen years, and I consent to his/her participation in the Builder Bunch LEGO® Field Trip at his/her elementary school (the “School”) I understand and acknowledge that I am fully aware of and assume the risks (including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury, property loss or damage) of (1) said minor child’s participation in recreational activities and (2) his/her use of the LEGO products. I understand that Builder Bunch LLC (the "Company") shall have no responsibility to pay for medical treatment and related costs if said minor child is injured. I am aware of the dangers of attending this event on this particular date. I promise not to hold the company, its officers, agents, or employees liable or pursue legal action against them. This waiver absolves the company of any duty for injuries sustained on the premises before to, during, or after the activity. *

If you received a flyer from your school to register and PAY A FEE for your In-school Field Trip online but you don’t see your school above email us at mike@kosaicgroup.com. If the event is sponsored and has no cost you only need to sign the waiver.
